* When selecting the “academia and government” category, delegates are required to use their university/government email address. Students are eligible for this category.  

** This category applies exclusively to companies whose corporate headquarters (public or private) are based within ASEAN (Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia Myanmer, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Timor-Leste and Vietnam) or African Union member states. Companies that only maintain branch offices, subsidiaries, or representative operations in these regions—but whose primary corporate headquarters or legal listing is located outside ASEAN or Africa-do not qualify under this category. Delegates for this category will be instructed and confirmed by a member of the World Nuclear Association team.

Press registration 

Complimentary press registration is limited strictly to editorial representatives (e.g. reporters, editors), photographers, and film crews from bona fide media organizations, as well as freelance journalists working on assignments at event for such organizations. Press registrations will be vetted before approval to ensure compliance with the above guidelines. To enquire further or request press registration, please get in touch with our team at WNSC@world-nuclear.org.  

Refund and transfer arrangements

Registrations for the original May dates are held in full for 20–21 October 2026.  

As a gesture of goodwill — and recognising the nature of the rescheduling — the World Nuclear Association will offer: 

- Automatic rollover to October for all other registrants — no action needed. 

- Full refund on request to events@world-nuclear.org by 31st July 2026. Refunds will be processed in full to the original payment method within 30 working days. 

- Substitute delegate at no charge. Please send the name, job title, organisation and email of your replacement. 

The Association is not liable for travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred. We recommend reviewing your existing bookings with your travel provider and not making new arrangements until we issue further confirmation.

Videography and photography will take place during the event. Images and video material are owned by World Nuclear Association and may be used in press releases, printed publicity, on our website and/or on our social media channels.  
  
We recognize the importance of protecting the privacy of all information provided by delegates. Read our Privacy Policy. By registering for this event you are accepting the terms and conditions of our Privacy Policy.  

Full payment must be received prior to the event. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in refused entry to the conference onsite.  

Cancellation fees

Up to 22 September 20% of registration fee 
From 23 September to 6 October 50% of registration fee 
After 7 October and no-shows 100% of registration fee 
Substitute delegates accepted at no charge 

World Nuclear Association will make every reasonable effort to hold the World Nuclear Supply Chain Conference as planned. However, the Association reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event at its discretion, including for reasons beyond its control.

If the event is cancelled due to circumstances within the Association’s control, delegates will be entitled to a full refund of registration fees. In cases where cancellation results from circumstances beyond the Association’s reasonable control, any refund will be made at the Association’s sole discretion.

The Association will not be liable for any other costs or losses incurred, including travel, accommodation, or other expenses.

Eligibility for member conference rates is limited to organisations whose membership is active at the time of the event.
