Accommodation 

We have reserved a block of sleeping rooms at Grand Hyatt Manila for conference delegates.  

Rates and terms: 

• 1 King Bed PHP 13,500.00 nett (single occupancy) 
• Two Double Beds PHP 14,500.00 nett (double occupancy) 
• The room rate is inclusive of daily buffet breakfast at The Grand Kitchen, based on the agreed room rate. 
• Inclusive of in-room internet access (WIFI) 
• Cancellation Policy: Changes to reservations can only be made before the cut-off date of 19 April 2026. After this date, all booked rooms will be considered final and non-cancellable. 
• Deposit Policy: Credit Card Guarantee Required 

Reservation Deadline: All bookings must be made on or before 19 April 2026 to qualify for the group rate. 

The hotel group reservation link will be included in the registration confirmation email and sent to attendees once their conference registration and payment have been successfully completed.
